Rainbow Guided Meditation

  This meditation is to help balance the chakras as well as help visualize colors.  When the chakras are in balance, our physical body is in harmony with our mental thoughts. Practice this meditation often and note thoughts, feelings and emotions that come to the surface.  When they surface, release them to the universe.  You may want to have nice relaxing music playing softly in the background. Before starting the meditation, ask for anything and everything for the highest good. Sit comfortably with back straight, feet flat on the floor and hands comfortably positioned in your lap.  Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths and relax. 

See a ruby red beam of light enter your crown chakra, pass down through the center of your body and exit through the root chakra. Envision it circling back to your crown chakra until you see a full circle of beautiful ruby red light circling through your body from the crown chakra exiting the root chakra.  Relax with this beautiful ruby red light for a short time.

  As the ruby red light is circulating through, see a beautiful orange beam of light enter your crown chakra beside the ruby red light.  This beautiful orange beam of light will pass through the center of your body and exit through the sacral chakra.  Envision it circling back to your crown chakra. Imagine this beautiful orange beam of light circulating through crown chakra and exiting the sacral chakra. Relax with this beautiful orange light for a short time.
